Lakeside needed a breakthrough creative campaign to signal their readiness to lead in the next era of IT. We developed three bold concepts and A/B tested them with our ideal customer profile. One concept stood out with a commanding 46% of the vote: “The End of IT as You Know It.” The campaign featured vivid, high-contrast imagery layered with glitch effects — visually disruptive by design. These striking visuals captured the fragmented, reactive state of legacy IT management, while the message hinted at transformation: the end of an old way is also the beginning of something better. The result? A campaign with real stopping power that introduced a bold new narrative: Welcome to the new era of proactive IT.

 

The Core Message:


Traditional IT support is broken. It was built to be reactive — a system waiting for problems to erupt... tickets to flood in... and devices to fail. For IT leaders, the mandate is clear: seize control of your enterprise’s future with proactive and predictive IT management. IT no longer is a cost center inundated by tickets from frustrated employees. Reactive IT and the outdated break/fix model are relics of the past—replaced with proactive, strategic innovation.
