Schneider Electric’s Innovation Summit is more than just an industry event — it’s a high-impact platform where technology, sustainability, and leadership converge. Held at Resorts World Las Vegas, the summit brought together over 1,300+ attendees, including customers, partners, and global decision-makers. Over two days, participants engaged in meaningful conversations and explored cutting-edge solutions aimed at accelerating decarbonization, improving energy efficiency, and reimagining the future of industry.

This project made full use of Schneider Electric’s well-established brand, focusing on flawless creative execution across a wide range of event materials. From keynote visuals and signage to environmental design and print collateral, every touchpoint was crafted to reflect the summit’s central theme: electrify and digitalize to make a sustainable impact. The visual language reinforced Schneider’s identity while elevating the energy of the event — bold, modern, and aligned with its purpose-driven mission.

While this wasn’t about redefining the brand, it was about amplifying it in the right context. With a focus on precision, scalability, and consistency, the design system supported an event experience that felt both polished and immersive. The success of the Innovation Summit not only underscored Schneider Electric’s leadership in sustainability and innovation — it also reinforced the power of thoughtful design in bringing a brand’s promise to life on the ground.

 

 

On-Site Branding

Recognizing the importance of a seamless attendee experience, we developed a signage system designed to make navigation effortless. Using bold colors, clear typographic hierarchy, and strategic placement, the system helped guide attendees intuitively through the expansive venue. The result was wayfinding that allowed guests to focus on what mattered: the experience and the ideas.

 
 

 

The Globe

At the heart of Resorts World’s retail experience sits The Globe—a striking 50-foot LED sphere and a focal point for visual storytelling. For Innovation Summit, we created a custom short-form video that played on The Globe, delivering a bold, high-impact message about the power of unifying digitization and electrification. Designed to spark curiosity and reinforce Schneider Electric’s mission, the piece transformed a visually iconic space into a moment of brand storytelling—inviting attendees to imagine a more connected, sustainable future.

 
 

 

Live Photo-Mosaic

In collaboration with Picture Mosaics and MC3 Productions, we brought a live photo mosaic experience. Attendees could snap a photo at the on-site booth or upload one directly from their phone, contributing to a massive 16' x 9' screen displayed in the pre-function area. The mosaic began as a fully green Schneider Electric logo and, as images flowed in, gradually revealed a new sustainability-focused message. Each participant received a shareable boomerang GIF of their place in the mosaic, along with a link to view the full piece live, extending the experience beyond the event and into their social circles.
